 These General Terms of Use define the terms and conditions of provision of the services of the site (LMS platform name). hereinafter referred to as Training Hub to its users.

Any access and/or use of the site Training Hub, implies the unreserved and prior acceptance as well as the respect of these said Conditions.

They can therefore be qualified as a contract between the user and Securitas Security Services USA, Inc..

In the event that a user refuses to accept all or part of these Conditions, the latter must then renounce the use of the services of the site Training Hub. Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. therefore reserves the right to refuse access or to exclude any user who does not comply with these T&Cs.

Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. reserves the right to modify these T&Cs, in particular to adapt to changes to the site by providing new functionalities or deleting or modifying existing functionalities.

Definition

• Group refers to a group of users with common interests

• Learner refers to any user destined to follow a training

• Trainer designates any user who has created or facilitated one or more training courses made available to learners

• Administrator means any user who has full powers on the platform

• Group Manager means any user who is considered responsible for a given group

Terms of access

Registration and use of the site's features are strictly reserved for Securitas Security Services USA, Inc..

This platform is accessible to any user with a computer, phone or tablet. Access to all the features of this platform requires being connected to the internet (except to be able to follow a training course that can be done offline).

Access is through the portal Training Hub and single sign-on. A user's account is strictly personal and is therefore not transferable.

The registration of a user for training may be subject to the necessary validation from an administrator or a group manager so that a user can have access to the training he wishes.

Services

On this platform, digital content of an educational nature is made available, the purpose of which is to train users in different themes.

Users can access all of this content through a training catalog made available.

Intellectual property

All content posted online is creations for which Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. is the sole holder of all intellectual property rights and/or exploitation.

Learner users agree not to rent, sell, distribute, modify or adapt in any form whatsoever, by means of any process whatsoever, all or part of Training Hub's creations. Any copied content may result in sanctions if it has not been previously subject to express authorization by the publisher.

Protection of personal data

Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. ensures that the collection and processing of data is carried out in accordance with law n° 78-17 of January 6, 1978 relating to data processing, files and freedoms, known as the "Data Processing and Freedoms" Law as amended in 2004.

All the data collected for the proper use of this platform is subject to computerized processing under the responsibility of the company Securitas Security Services USA, Inc.. This data is intended for the registration of users to the platform, to various groups or to available training.

They are stored and hosted on the servers of SQUARANCE SAS and will not be used for commercial purposes and will not be transferred outside the European Union.

Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. collects data relating to the activity of users and their results subject to the various evaluations present on the site. This data may be used by Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. with a view in particular to improving the educational service offered on this platform.

Editor's Responsibilities

Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. reserves the right to modify, suspend or interrupt, at any time, temporarily or permanently, access to the site without liability.

If hypertext links are distributed or integrated into digital content, Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. is not responsible for the content of the sites to which the hypertext links refer.

User Responsibilities

The user is held responsible for all of his contributions and publications put online which are hosted and stored on the servers of the company SQUARANCE SAS.

As such, the user agrees to respect the rules and the T&Cs of Training Hub. Consequently, Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. reserves the right to monitor all publications posted on the site Training Hub in order to verify that the T&Cs are being complied with.
